NOTES [78 words]: This is clearly derived from "Ain't I Glad to Get Out of the Wilderness," currently filed as part of "The Old Gray Mare (The Old Gray Horse, The Little Black Bull)." The version of "Ain't I Glad" used for this song was probably the one printed, e.g., on p. 22 of Dime-Song-Book #4, which is a multi-part minstrel song and is clearly distinguishable from the "Old Gray Mare" texts.
