NOTES [49 words]: The second stanza in Sackett/Koch-KansasFolklore opens "Then up with your feet And down with your head." I can't prove it, but I suspect that should be "...feet, and STAND ON your head."
The huckles, according to "Dialect Notes," are the hips, so the name describes the movement, not the bread.- RBW
