NOTES [45 words]: Rosenbaum-FolkVisionsAndVoices considers this to be derived from the pop song "Lulu's Back in Town." I wouldn't go that far, given the number of Lulu/Lula songs (several of which describe a very loose woman), but I suppose it might have been one of the inspirations. - RBW
