NOTES [59 words]: The sheet music of this, published by Oliver Ditson & Co., is curious; on the cover it says "Composed by Frank Hall." But at the head of the music itself is just one name -- and that name is Charles Coote. The copy of this scanned by the Hathi Trust says that Hall composed it and Coote arranged it, which seems plausible, but that may just be a guess. - RBW
