NOTES [70 words]: Wikipedia calls this "one of the unofficial anthems of Cornwall." I strongly doubt it is traditional anywhere (the lyrics, at least, just aren't that good!), but it's in the Piotr archive, so I'm indexing it. I simply doubt that it was learned from tradition.
The song was eventually translated into Cornish, but the original Gilbert lyrics contain no words of Cornish, even though the song refers to a "Celtic flame." - RBW
