NOTES [52 words]: Judy Cook said she learned this in school, which would seem to imply it came from some sort of instructional material. But I can't find any hint of it. And the tune is odd, with numerous shifts in tempo. I wonder if a teacher simply made it up. But I don't know. I'm far from sure it qualifies as traditional. - RBW
