NOTES [58 words]: There are many Internet citations of this song, but they all call it "traditional" or "author unknown." Which strikes me as highly unlikely, but I can't find the author.
Amazon lists a children's book "Albuquerque Turkey" as by B. G. Ford (text) Lucinda McQueen (Illustrator). But it appears to be from 2006, so I'm (fairly) sure it's not the original.
