Here Each Day We Daily Travel
DESCRIPTION: "Only God can make a rainbow, Only he makes stars to shine. By his power the dewdrops glisten.... Only God can save a sinner like me." There are mansions awaiting on the other side.

RECORDINGS:
Debbie Harris Terrell, Duane Terrell, "Here Each Day We Travel" (Piotr-Archive #124, recorded 04/17/2022)
NOTES [98 words]: According to hymntime.com, Terry Pillow received early piano instruction from Albert E. Brumley, and he seems to have written gospel songs in a very Brumley-like style. The Terrell recording sounds very much like it was learned from a (white) gospel recording. I strongly doubt the song is traditional in any real sense. Given its complete failure to understand differential scattering of light, nuclear fusion, reflectivity, and seemingly everything this side of 2+2=4, I certainly hope so....
The tune makes me think of "Life's Railway to Heaven (Life Is Like a Mountain Railroad)." - RBW
