NOTES [71 words]: Although a Mormon song, most of this is scripturally orthodox -- at least if you accept the Revelation to John as canonical, which was a matter of dispute in the early Church. There are references to Zion's Hill, which are rather Mormon, but not so sectarian as to make the song heretical to non-Mornons, and in any case they could be cut. The final part, about the Thousand Years of Peace, is straight out of Revelation 20. - RBW
