NOTES [43 words]: The various singers evidently tried to rationalize the name of this, but Jim Dixon located a copy of the sheet music which makes it clear that the title was "I'm Going Home to Clo'." Browne thought it of minstrel origin, and obviously it sounds like it. - RBW
