DESCRIPTION: Maguire is slighted by a lady from Lough Erin. Her father banishes her and she goes to England to find Maguire. They meet. She buys him a commission as captain for 500 pounds. They marry. "He raised his name, likewise his fame, which is Captain Maguire"
